Package Trees and Imports

Introduction

This lesson completes objective 1.5 of PCAP-31-03 and also revisits objectives 1.1 and 1.2, because packages are where import syntax, sys.path and the module lifecycle meet. The section Modules and Packages weighs 12% of the score (6 of 40 items). In the previous lesson you learned what happens when one file is imported. Here you learn how to organise many files into a package: a folder that Python treats as a module containing other modules.
