Our purpose
OnLevelUp is a platform created by a community of IT experts to make learning and certification preparation easier. The collective and publication director are introduced in the general conditions.
These rules apply to browsing, accounts and learning resources. Paid offers are also subject to the general conditions and the information provided when ordering.
Your account
Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in methods confidential. Email sign-in links are personal. Do not share your account, and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must have the capacity and, where necessary, the permissions required to purchase a paid offer under the rules applicable to you.
Using learning resources
Access to a lesson, quiz, practice exam or PDF does not transfer intellectual property rights. Resources are intended for your personal learning. Unless authorised or permitted by law, resale, republication and group distribution are prohibited.
Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s account, extract private data or disrupt the service. Do not use the contact form to send unlawful materials or confidential official exam questions.
Independent preparation
Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References identify preparation objectives and do not imply official affiliation or endorsement.
Exercises and practice exams are learning resources, not official exams or guarantees of success. Check registration requirements, exam objectives and rules with the awarding organisation. Report errors or changes to exam objectives through contact.
Availability, security and suspension
Maintenance and incidents may interrupt access. An account may be suspended to protect the service in cases of abuse, compromise or unlawful use; any measure should be proportionate. You can request an explanation or challenge a measure through support. These rules do not remove statutory remedies.
Personal data and account deletion
The privacy policy explains how personal data is used; the cookies page describes browsing preferences.
You can request account deletion in your profile. Check your subscription and access first: deletion removes progress and results and ends access associated with the account.
Changes
These rules may evolve with the service. A change does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. For questions, contact us.
