Done and the Definition of Done

Introduction

This lesson closes the part of the course about the Scrum framework itself, inside the focus area Understanding and Applying the Scrum Framework of the PSM I assessment. Scrum.org does not publish how many questions come from each focus area, but the Definition of Done appears in scenario questions on almost every topic: Sprint Review, releasing, quality pressure, several teams on one product, technical debt. The 2020 Scrum Guide (https://scrumguides.org/scrum-guide.html (opens in a new tab)) is short on this subject, so the exam expects you to reason from a few precise sentences.
