Introduction

This lesson completes Domain 5, Security Program Management and Oversight (20% of SY0-701), by covering objective 5.6, implementing security awareness practices. Technology blocks a great deal, but people still click links, reuse passwords, plug in unknown USB drives, and hold the door for strangers. Attackers know this and aim at people because it is often cheaper than attacking systems. A security awareness program turns employees from the most exploited weakness into a sensor network that notices and reports trouble early.
