Introduction

This lesson completes the core of Domain 4, Security Operations (28% of SY0-701), with objective 4.6, implementing and maintaining identity and access management, and objective 4.7, explaining the importance of automation and orchestration related to secure operations. Identity is now the primary perimeter: attackers log in more often than they break in, so questions about how accounts are created, authenticated, authorized, elevated, and removed are among the most common on the exam.
